What’s the Difference?

What’s the difference between eating cows, pigs, fish, and poultry, and eating your dog?  There is none.  Animals are animals, so why eat some and pet the other?  If you wouldn’t eat your dog, then why eat other species of animals?

We don’t eat pets for the same reason we don’t usually eat bugs. Its a cultural thing. In the Orient they do eat dogs, and while I would personally have trouble swallowing that kind of meat, I’m not about to tell the Chinese they can’t eat dog because it makes ME squeamish.
