      You’re welcome! Just take it one step at a time, transitioning may be a little difficult but once you get the swing of things it is a piece of cake.

    I’m doing some Biology revision because I have a compo on Tuesday. I need to know what the name of the food type with fish, milk, yogurt, etc. in is.

      I believe that would be a pescatarian. If the fish was excluded it would be lacto vegetarian. But seeing as there’s fish and dairy you would have to stick with the general category of pescatarian. If eggs are involved as well then it’s lacto-ovo vegetarian.

  3. i became a Vegan three years ago and i can say that my health have been very very good. meat and dairy substitutes like soy also works well for the body.
