The idea of killing an animal just so I can wear its skin is literally disgusting to me. I also learned the other day about silk that made my skin crawl. Lots of people tout silk as being a natural, eco-friendly fabric. It can be, but most silk isn't. Silk worms are typically boiled to harvest their silk. So if you're looking for silk, keep your eye out for eco-silk — the worms aren't killed to harvest it.Just hoping I could add something to the conversation :) I couldn’t agree with you more.
