Apple Cider Vinegar

This may be a little bit off the subject of vegetarianism but when it comes to becoming more healthy, this fits perfectly.  Apple Cider Vinegar is used so much for health purposes today that it is found in both the condiment aisles as well as the health supplement aisles of most grocery stores.  Apple Cider Vinegar has been recognized as a beneficial health product since 400 B.C. when the great Hippocrates, Father of Medicine, used it for its amazing health qualities.  Internally it helps support a healthy immune system, control weight, soothe dry throats, remove bodily toxins, and promote digestion and ph balance.  Externally it helps maintain healthy skin, cure acne, and relieve muscle pain.  It’s also been know to cure allergies (including pet, food and environmental), sinus infections, diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure, flu, chronic fatigue, candida, acid reflux, contact dermatitis, arthritis, and gout.

If you decide to start taking apple cider vinegar, make sure you go with the good stuff- Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar is raw, organic, unpasteurized, unprocessed, and also Kosher.  The vinegar is matured in wooden barrels, and it contains the “mother” of the vinegar, which is not contained by other brands.  If the dark, cloudy substance of the “mother” appears, you know the most important part of the apples have been left intact, and the vinegar is full of enzymes and minerals.  Commercial brands lack this due to over-processing, overheating, and filtrating the vinegar.  Consuming this “mother” substance is what brings much of the healing properties of ACV.  Another thing about Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar that make it better than the rest is the fact that it is not pasteurized.  Pasteurization destroys the nutrients and enzymes, which are an important part of the apple cider vinegar.  There’s no need to worry about its safety however, as the natural acidity of the vinegar keeps itself pure.  Bacterias such as E.Coli never have the chance to develop.

The downfall of ACV is its taste.  It’s very strong and bitter- there’s really no other way to describe it.  You’ll know what I mean once you try it for the first time.  Prepare to be surprised.  It may be easier to get down if you hold your nose.  (The smell is almost exactly like the taste.)  There are other methods of taking it though, if you find the taste unbearable.  It can be added to salads, sprinkled over popcorn, etc.  To take it plain you should mix 1-2 teaspoons with a generous amount of water, twice a day.  (Less water= stronger taste.)  If you want to lose weight, take a teaspoon before each meal.

It is also relatively inexpensive.  16 oz can be purchased for about $3.00, 32 oz for about $4.79, and 1 gallon for about $14.00.

My experience: I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks but so far I have healthier, longer hair and nails, I’ve had no charley horses (which I often experienced), any muscle soreness goes away much more quickly, and my skin feels and looks healthier.  And that’s just the external results!  I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be healthier.

While there are some good skin care products in the market, many of them are just out there to get your $$$ and promise you the world for it. Before purchasing a skin product, it is always advisable to look for review of the product. Not all products are the same and many of our problems can be solved using free skin care tips. It is definately worth to surf a few websites that have natural and free solutions for your problems. http://www.iibc.com/medical-grade-skin-products-care-skin/

  2. I still can’t forget the article I read last week in the magazine about a young man who had a really difficult time in living his life but because of hard work he was able to succeed in life and now owns a business chain. Life in general can be like a wheel, every now and then you’re underneath but it doesn’t mean that you can never go up.

  3. I was looking at my pay slip the other day and I was astonished at the huge amount I’ve been paying every year for my life insurance. Although it’s a burden to keep on paying for such an amount, it’s better to be ready because you’ll by no means know what will happen in the future because life in general always takes us unaware .

  4. I always get pleasure from going to the mountains and stay there in a cottage for a couple of days to have some time for myself to run away from everything. It always relaxes me and it’s the only situations when I get the opportunity to think about life in general and its value .

  5. My brothers and I were on a vacation to Texas when unexpectedly out of nowhere a tornado touched down near our car . We all flustered but unbelievably we got out of the situation without harm. Sometimes , unexpected things occur which makes you feel fortunate of being alive and be able to recognize the value of the beauty of life in general.

  6. My siblings and I were on a trip to Texas when suddenly out of nowhere a tornado touched down near our vehicle. We all panicked but unbelievably we got out of the situation without harm. Sometimes , unexpected things occur which makes you feel lucky of being alive and be able to appreciate the beauty of life in general.

  7. I was watching my children playing by the lawn and they were so busy playing with their toys. I always enjoy watching them as they are but every time I start imagining that they’ll be going to school soon worries me. Life in general can be very happy when you’re still little but things become different as you grow up.My pals and I are thinking to watch a movie at the movie house next week and we decided to watch a new movie about an old man visiting his children after his wife’s murder and life in general. The movie has good movie reviews and it’s the only film within the week which we thought is worth watching.

  8. It would be practical for a person who does not own a car to just go to car rentals and rent a good one to use. Although it is a bit costly, it is still a need since the car would be really useful. For fathers that still don’t have money to finance car loans, I’m sure a lot of them would go to car rentals and just rent one.
